Explore The House
The accommodation at The Old Homestead is just perfect (according to our guests). All rooms are bright and airy and all the bedrooms have ensuite facilities and underfloor heating, with personal thermostat. All bedrooms also have TV’s.
The property has been sympathetically restored with many of the rooms having exposed beams. The oak furniture and easy chairs and sofas were chosen to compliment and reflect the style and quality of the rooms.
There is free WiFi in the main parts of the house.

The large lounge has comfortable seating, TV, DVD player and a large wood burner set in a very large working fire places – perfect for chilly evenings.

The kitchen has an electric range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large freestanding fridge as well as freestanding freezer. There is also plenty of storage space in the kitchen.

Ideal family room. Double bed in spacious room with ancient exposed timbers in vaulted ceiling, plus 2 single beds in walk-through annex at right angles to main room.
Swallow Loft

Bright, character-filled room with 2 single beds. Exposed oak beams next door to the loft area allocated specifically for the nesting swallows each summer.
