The Old Homestead offers a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, ample parking, a large garden, and luxurious furnishings. We also provide linens and towels for your convenience.

When booking we take a one- third deposit by bank transfer. The remaining two-thirds balance is taken 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with a £500 refundable damage deposit. 

All bookings are non-refundable and on making the booking the guest commits to full payment of the deposit and balance.

As with all holidays, guests should ensure appropriate holiday insurance is taken out as necessary. However,  should a party need to cancel for a serious reason, upon their request we would make every effort to open the dates up in the hope of securing a new booking and thereby, being able to offer the original guests a refund, based on any discounts we would need to make to secure the new booking. If a new booking is unable to be made then the original party would not be eligible for any refund.

Unfortunately not. We do not accept any pets into the guesthouse, that way, people with pet allergies know that the house they are staying in is a pet-free environment.
